The MetaTide project is an experimental and analytical work between industry and academia for load alleviation of tidal turbines. The PI of the project is Dr. Ignazio Maria Viola from the University of Edinburgh, in collaboration with Dr. Anna Young from the University of Cambridge and industrial partners SRI International and Nova Innovation.
